Maybe we need to charge each participant a one time $10-15 target charge. Our group can re-use these for a long time. Anyone is free to borrow them. If the borrower breaks them then they have to replace them. But these are a great price; $38 shipped!!! Now all we need is a stand with an upward tilt!!!

should consider finding a welder to manufacture similar stands as shown here. Looks fairly simple so im guessing it should be easy. Would be great for reflexive training or long range shooting as well.
